Koen Vanclooster
Koen Vanclooster (1967) brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate and structured finance. He started his financial career at Dexia in 1990 where he became responsible for structured finance within the public finance division. In 1996, together with Piet Serrure, he founded the Belgian branch of NIBC Bank, where he stayed until 2009 as a Director in Merchant Banking. During his career with NIBC Bank he gained an in depth experience in dealing with financial investors and corporates, as well in structuring complex financing solutions, as in conducting sell side and buy side mandates.
Koen holds a MBA of the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and a master degree in Business Economics (Handelsingenieur) of the University of Leuven.
